End User License Agreement (EULA)

These license terms are an agreement between Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd and you. Please read them. They apply to the software that accompanies these license terms. The terms also apply to any Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd

For this software, unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply.By using the software, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the software. As described below, using the software also operates as your consent to the transmission of certain computer information during registration and for internet-based services and updates. Your use or installation of this copy of Astro-Vision AstroLight Software indicates your acceptance of this license.
Mandatory registration. Registration associates the use of the software with a specific device. During registration, the software will send information about the software and the device to Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd. This information includes the version, the license version, language, product id of the software and information derived from the hardware configuration. By using the software, you consent to the transmission of this information. You can register the software using the internet or via phone; internet service charges may apply while registering using the internet.

Updation. The software will from time to time update or require download of the latest features of the software as well as notifications of the latest product offers. During this process, the software will send information about the software to Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd. This information includes the version of the software, product key, Language, Product ID and other Astro-Vision Software information. By using the software, you consent to the transmission of this information.

Scope of license. The software is licensed, not sold. You, the user, are licensed to use one copy of the Astro-Vision AstroLight software on a single computer. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the software. Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd reserve all other rights. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the software only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the software that only allow you to use it in certain ways. You may not:

work around any technical limitations in the software
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software
use the software in any way that is against the law
rent, lease, copy, distribute, sell or lend the software

Not for resale software. You may not sell this software.

The software shall be installed and used strictly according to the instructions given in the User Manual. Please take special note of the copy protection scheme.
Customer support is available through telephone, free of charge. If Astro-Vision software is corrupted due to virus attack on the user's computer, hard-disk crash, deletion of files or other reasons, support will be given but may be chargeable.

Astro-vision astrological calculations are based on scientific equations and not on any specific published almanac. Therefore, comparisons between the calculations made by Astro-Vision and those published in almanacs are absolutely unwarranted. Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd Shall not entertain any dispute on differences arising out of such comparisons.

There are minor variations in the systems and practices followed by different regions of India and Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd has accommodated some of these variations in the regional language versions. As a result, the reports generated in different languages may not be exact translations. Also, all the language versions are not updated simultaneously.

While we ensure that the software is prepared meticulously and with utmost care, we do not rule out the possibility of any unexpected errors. In case of any errors our liability is limited to the replacement of the software with a rectified one. The software versions and the predictive text in the reports are subject to continuous modifications, including addition of new chapters. This is necessitated by the nature of the content and our constantly evolving research findings. Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd cannot be held responsible for the decisions that may be taken by anyone based on the reports generated using the software. Under no circumstances shall Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd Or any related firm or person be liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation any loss of profit, indirect, consequential or incidental loss, damage or injury) arising from the supply or use of the software and any accompanying hardware. In addition, in no event does Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd authorize you to use Astro-Vision AstroLight Software in applications or systems where Astro-Vision AstroLight Software's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a physical injury, or in material damage or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Astro-Vision harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.

Your license to use the software under this agreement shall continue until it is terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time, by discontinuing use of all or any of the software and by destroying all copies of the software in your possession and control. This agreement and the license granted to you under this agreement terminate automatically if you breach any term of this agreement.

Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at our discretion, to update or revise this agreement. You may not assign your rights under this agreement to any party without Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt Ltd's consent. If any provision of this agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

This agreement is the complete statement of the agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this agreement shall be in the courts of kochi, India, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
